My girls & I have been working with Dr. Gentry for about 6 months now, and we could not be happier at Providence Animal Hospital. Everyone from the front desk (shoutout Debbie) to the vet techs (shoutout Nina & Ryan) to (obviously) Dr. Gentry are a class act. They treat my pets like their own, which brings me peace of mind and trust in their care. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else for vet care!

I have been going to Providence Animal Hospital and Resort since day one. Actually, my mom and I were his first parents of his patients. Our picture is on the wall with Dr. A in his lobby. Not interested in anyone else unless it is in that building. I refer anyone looking for a vet to him. As a matter of fact, my daughter just started my Granddog Goldendoodle there. He has been with us through all the good and bad. Couldn’t do it without him.

Dr. Aaron Hollis continues to exceed my expectations. He is knowledgeable and always researching and learning new procedures and protocols. Caasi had a splenic mass removed at the Emergency Center, and he provided her with a follow-up visit via phone. I never feel rushed, and Dr. Hollis always goes over any questions that I have.
Today, he watched a video that I had taken of my dog swallowing, and now he is running tests to see if she has thyroid issues. I highly recommend the Healthy Hearts and Parts checklist that he performs! If you love your dog, Dr. Hollis is the best veterinarian for you!

We had a great experience with Dr. Palmer. She was so kind to our senior dachshund, who came in as a new patient with an injury. If you have a senior dog, you know how many unique needs and challenges there are that come with any outing. She was very accommodating — she even went as far as to sit on the floor with Ernie so he could be more comfortable for part of his exam. Her presence was very calming, and she is very knowledgeable. We came in almost sure that we would have to put our pup to sleep at the advice of an ER vet, but due to her thoroughness, we feel comfortable trusting her advice to continue to monitor and manage symptoms. Wonderful facility and very kind front desk staff as well.

It’s so nice seeing the same faces each time I bring the dogs in for health care. The services are always provided in a friendly and professional manner. The familiar faces ease my anxiety about leaving the dogs for dental cleanings. I’ve encountered many familiar faces here over the years. Today, it was so pleasant working with Miss Debbie at the front desk (always slaying) and Miss Mary, who cared for my dogs and helped me navigate before, during, and after their care (also always slaying). After trying a few vets around town, we’ve settled in with Providence Animal Hospital. Dr. Hollis is so gracious with his time and so knowledgeable. I walk away feeling like my concerns are heard and that I’ve learned something new each time we meet. They were able to accommodate an appointment with both my dog and cat, worked well with my very timid dog, and are reasonable in pricing. The facility is always clean, and the staff is great. I can’t say enough good things about this practice!

I could not recommend Providence Animal Hospital enough. We’re new to the area, and I was so grateful they were able to take both our boys. Dr. Palmer is such a sweetheart and cares for animals as if they were her own. Vet tech Mary was also great, and I feel very comfortable with our dogs in their care. I also really appreciate how great the people working at the front desk are. They’re so easy to talk to and make appointments with or make sure we have a solution to any problems (Debbie and Courtney are who I’ve spoken with). Great vet office, fantastic people, and immaculately clean!

Dr. Hollis is a wonderful, kind veterinarian who gives thorough explanations regarding any treatment for an ill pet. They also have the ability to get immediate results for routine bloodwork, do X-rays, and have laser treatments available, which I found helped my cat. It’s a very nice, clean facility.

I have been taking our puppy there since we got her almost 3 years ago. They were always so kind, sweet, and caring. They are quick to respond via email, text, or phone, so I never had to wait long for answers, especially when I needed to know what to do with a sick pup. Dr. Hollis is the best!! He has been my dog’s veterinarian for 13 years. Dr. Hollis truly cares about his patients and their well-being. He is patient with me and takes the time to explain, along with providing a helpful written summary of the visit. Debbie, Mary, and the rest of the office staff are always kind and helpful as well! My dog is 16 years old now. Hoping for more years with my dog and with Dr. Hollis!.
